Traditional Spicy Sambal

Sambal Recipe Ingredients:

900 g stemmed and cleaved generally jalapeno stew's
10 Thai Chili's or 1 tablespoon red pepper pieces
1 cup minced Garlic
¼ cup grapeseed or canola oil
2 cups rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Salt

Sambal Recipe Instructions

1.In a medium pan, consolidate the jalapeƱos, Thai chiles, garlic, and oil and cook over low hotness until the fixings mellow and mix, around 15 minutes.
2.Add the vinegar and cook until diminished considerably, 12 to 15 minutes.
3.Remove from the hotness and add the sugar and salt.
4.Cool to room temperature.
5..Transfer the combination to a food processor and heartbeat 3 or multiple times to hack to a salsa-like surface.
6.Store in the cooler in a firmly fixed container. Endures multi month, refrigerated. Appreciate !
