SAMBAL IKAN BILIS 

Sambal Recipe Ingredients Spice glue (beat or mixed):

 * 10 dried chillies
* 10 shallots
* 4 cashew nuts
* 2 tbs belacan (dried shrimp glue)

  Other Sambal Recipe fixings:

 * 1 tbs tamarind mash
* 1/2 cup water
* 4 tbs oil
* 100 g crude peanuts with skin flawless
* 1 cup oil for profound searing ikan bilis
* 1/2 cup coconut milk blended in with 1/4 cup water
* 1 tsp sugar
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 100 g ikan bilis (heads eliminated), washed and depleted well.

  Sambal Recipe INSTRUCTIONS:

 * Blend tamarind in with water then strain over fine sifter, dispose of mash.
* Heat 2 tbs of oil over medium fire, pan sear peanuts till brilliant.
* Eliminate and deplete on paper towels.
* In a similar dish, add oil for profound searing. Heat oil over high fire and profound fry ikan bilis till fresh. Channel ikan bilis on paper towel.
* Dispose of oil from the dish.
* Involving a perfect dish and new oil for saute, heat 2 tbs of oil and sear flavor glue for two minutes.
* Add a large portion of the coconut milk and sear an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
* Add tamarind concentrate, sugar and salt.
* Lower fire and stew until thicken, around 2 additional minutes.
* Add ikan bilis and peanuts to the sambal glue. Mix to blend well. The sambal formula of ikan bilis is prepared to serve..hot ~!!
